1. Your right to return
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Items must be in original packaging, unused and resalable.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of tissue, wipes or napkin products once the outer packaging has been opened, unless the goods are faulty or were sent in error.
2. Faulty or incorrect goods
If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will collect it at our cost and send a replacement or give a full refund, including any delivery charge paid.
3. How to start a return
- Email [email protected] or call +852 5426 5270, quoting your order reference (beginning SWT-).
- Tell us the item, quantity and reason. Photographs help for damaged goods.
- We confirm within one business day and arrange collection or give you the return address.
4. Return shipping cost
We pay return shipping for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. If you change your mind, return shipping is at your cost.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods, by the original payment method: cash for cash-on-delivery orders, or bank transfer for invoiced orders.
6. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, tell us when you start the return. Exchanged items are dispatched once the returned goods are checked.
7. Cancelling an order
An order can be cancelled free of charge before it is dispatched. Call +852 5426 5270 as soon as possible.
